Founded in 2004 by builder Jonathan Ruch, Leipers Creek Homes began as a custom home builder focused on creating quality homes tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle, earning a reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized design. Leipers Creek Homes has been featured in three West Tennessee Home Builders Association Vesta Home Shows, receiving recognition for award-winning homes and quality construction.

Lynn
As part of the Leipers Creek Homes team, Lynn Ruch helps guide buyers through the new home process from initial contact to closing. As an affiliate broker, Lynn represents the builder and handles the listings for Leipers Creek Homes.
Lynn works directly with Jonathan and the building team bringing buyers the unique benefit of clear communication, direct access to the builder, and a better understanding of the new construction process. From the first showing to the final walk through, her goal is to make the experience feel simple, informed, and personal.
